We are extremely happy with ZBI. They did a great job. Mike (owner) was easy to work with & when not actually doing the work himself, made sure the work was done right & complete before going on to next phase. He met with all inspectors, took time to listen to our concerns, & was quick to respond via text, calls or in person. Workers showed every week day that weather permitted. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, hard workers. Made sure they cleaned the area before leaving everyday. Anything we asked they complied. Highly recommend.

Mike renovated a bathroom in our 100 year old home. Mike and his team were easy to work with and did a great job. I will definitely be using ZBI for projects in the future.
